Overview of Our Collaboration Model

IronCircle is a leading developer of cybersecurity education training programs. 

Our mission is to change one million lives through meaningful, job-focused training designed to prepare learners for much-needed careers in cybersecurity. 

We develop best-in-class cybersecurity programs, updated regularly to remain relevant to recent trends in the field, and hands-on, interactive labs offered through our proprietary platform give students the chance to learn by doing, through exercises that replicate real-world cybersecurity scenarios and challenges. IronCircle ensures that both program content and lab are based on academic integrity and workforce relevance. We employ instructors with industry experience who not only demonstrate mastery of the subject matter, but who can also draw on careers in cybersecurity in their teaching.

We enter into a detailed collaboration agreement with each of our college and university partners. Our partners offer our programs and issue certificates of completion in the name of the college or university co-branded with IronCircle. Learners who successfully complete the program will also receive microcredentials and Industry Certification from IronCircle. The certifications are built on the NICE Framework (National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education) which defines and categorizes the skill competencies required to work in cybersecurity. In each case, our institutional partners retain significant independent authority over the programs they offer, including full review of all program content, review and approval of all marketing materials, and review and approval of all instructors.  IronCircle and partner leadership meet regularly to discuss program initiatives, issues, and learner outcomes. It is a true collaboration.   

In addition to licensing the content, IronCircle provides support services like marketing, sourcing experienced cybersecurity professionals to serve as instructors, and student success and career services to facilitate and support our University Partners in quickly and efficiently launching new programs. The collaboration model enables IronCircle and its college and university partners to work together to offer a stronger, more impactful education experience through specialization, expertise, and the division of responsibilities while still ensuring that our partners retain control over the scope and quality of the Programs provided under its brand.
